Delete your AdBinge account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open AdBinge and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
4. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This can't be undone.

No access to the app?

Email info@combinedintelligence.ai from the email address registered to your AdBinge account, with the subject "Delete my AdBinge account". To protect your account, we only act on requests from that address. If we need to, we will ask you to confirm by replying. We delete the account within 30 days at most, usually much sooner, and confirm by email when it is done.

Interim contact address, still to be confirmed. A dedicated AdBinge address may replace it before launch.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, and your profile (name and handle).
• Your likes, saves and watch history.
• Your points, leaderboard position, invite code and referral links.
• Any AdBinge waitlist sign-up with the same email address.
• Brands and agencies: every ad you posted is removed from AdBinge, together with its video, statistics and review records.

What we keep, and for how long

• Anonymous totals, such as the number of likes or views an ad has received, stay. Your activity events stay too, but are unlinked from you. None of these identify you any more.
• Moderation decisions made by curator accounts stay, with the curator's name removed.
• Copies in our providers' encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. We only keep specific records for longer where the law requires it, for example during an ongoing legal claim.
